Is a man deserving of punishment for zina and sinful if he commits the indecent act with a woman he was not thinking of, and found himself in a situation similar to the story of Yusuf (عليه السلام), where she isolated herself with him, adorned herself for him, and threatened him if he did not commit the indecent act with her, knowing that he was not thinking of zina at all, and when is a man not blameworthy for zina?

Adultery is one of the gravest sins, absolutely forbidden. It is never permissible to commit it, regardless of the circumstances. Instead, one must flee from it, abstain from it, and seek refuge with Allah. The Prophet mentioned that among the seven whom Allah will shade with His shade is "a man who was invited by a woman of high status and beauty [to commit illegal sexual intercourse] but he said: 'I fear Allah.'" Even if there is a threat of imprisonment, it is not permissible to commit adultery. Indeed, Yusuf (Joseph), peace be upon him, was imprisoned for many years unjustly and aggressively because he refused to commit it.
