Who was the first of the Prophet's daughters (peace and blessings be upon him) to die during his lifetime?

The first of the Prophet's daughters (peace and blessings be upon him) to pass away during his lifetime was Ruqayyah, the wife of Uthman ibn Affan (may Allah be pleased with him). She died in the second year of the Hijra. After her death, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) married him to her sister, Umm Kulthum, who passed away in the ninth year of the Hijra. As for his daughter Zaynab, the wife of Abul-As ibn Ar-Rabi', she died in the eighth year of the Hijra.
