Which of the two rulings should be adopted if Al-Albani's authentication contradicts Ibn Hajar's declaration of weakness?

Ijtihad and difference of opinion are permissible in ruling on hadith. One who is proficient in this science may favor one opinion over others among the sayings of the hadith scholars. As for others, it is permissible for them to emulate a trustworthy scholar such as Ibn Hajar, Al-Albani, or others.
