Is it permissible to continue supplicating for marriage, despite the repeated negative results of Istikhara, and can God's will change in this situation?

Istikhara is not obligatory; rather, it is recommended. After performing it, the supplicant should proceed with what they have decided upon or what their heart feels inclined towards, provided they did not have a strong personal desire beforehand. There is no need to postpone marriage unless there is a benefit in doing so. Supplicating for marriage is permissible and desirable if the suitor is of good character and religious. The phrase "seeking God's opinion" is incorrect, as God does not resemble creation; rather, one seeks His guidance towards what is good. God's pleasure lies in obeying His command and the command of His Messenger, and lawful marriage is an act of worship for which one is rewarded. There is no impediment to proceeding with marriage after Istikhara, even if one's heart does not feel inclined towards it, because it contains goodness, and there is no need for prolonged postponement of marriage.
