In the absence of the husband, does guardianship fall to his father, his mother, or my father?

If a woman is an adult and of sound mind, she has full legal capacity to dispose of her wealth without anyone's guardianship. However, if she is a minor or not of sound mind, then the guardianship belongs to her father or his guardian.
