If a woman is an adult and of sound mind, she has full legal capacity to dispose of her wealth without anyone's guardianship. However, if she is a minor or not of sound mind, then the guardianship belongs to her father or his guardian.
Regarding the husband's money and leaving the house, the matter rests with whoever the husband has entrusted with that authority. The husband has the right to permit leaving and travel, and he may entrust this to his wife or to one of his parents.
