What does a legal contract represent from a Sharia perspective?

If the legal contract conforms to Sharia and does not contradict it, then it must be fulfilled, based on the Almighty's saying: {O you who have believed, fulfill [all] contracts}. However, if it contradicts Allah Almighty's ruling, then it is void and has no validity. In the Hadith: "Whatever condition is not in the Book of Allah is void, even if it were a hundred conditions," and "Muslims are bound by their conditions, except for a condition that prohibits what is lawful or permits what is unlawful."
