Is a single expiation required for all repeated oaths, based on the statement of Ibn Umar, may Allah be pleased with them both: "If you swear repeatedly, then a single expiation suffices"?

If a person swears multiple oaths concerning one thing and then breaks them after repeating these oaths, only one expiation is required of him. This is what was reported from Ibn Umar, may Allah be pleased with them both. However, if he swears an oath and then breaks it, and then swears another oath concerning the same thing and breaks it, then an expiation is required for each oath. If he swears an oath concerning multiple things with a single oath, then only one expiation is required of him. But if he repeats oaths concerning multiple things, then an expiation is required for each oath, according to the more preponderant of the two scholarly opinions.
