How can the greater hypocrisy be treated and eliminated?

Greater hypocrisy is the concealment of disbelief and the outward display of Islam. This is known as doctrinal hypocrisy, and its perpetrator will be in the lowest depths of Hell, like the hypocrites mentioned by Allah in the Qur’an, such as Ibn Salul. The way to be saved from it is sincere entry into Islam, belief in its fundamentals, and sincere repentance for anyone who has fallen into it. As for lesser (practical) hypocrisy, it is found in actions such as lying and treachery, but its perpetrator does not exit the fold of faith.
