Is it permissible to open or rent a shop to be a café for serving shisha and qadou?

It is not permissible to open a project for shisha smoking and the like, due to the religious and financial harms and corruptions it entails. It is among the foul things that Allah has forbidden, and it harms bodies and causes diseases. The Lawgiver has prohibited killing oneself or harming oneself. The money spent on it is blameworthy extravagance. And whoever does that is an assistant in sin and a cause of it, and bears the burden of those who engage in it.
