Is the maternal uncle an heir if the mother dies, leaving behind a husband, two daughters, and a mother?

The deceased's husband receives one-fourth, her mother one-sixth, and her two daughters two-thirds. There is nothing for the full brothers or paternal half-brothers, as they are asabah (agnate heirs) and nothing remains for them in this a'ilah (over-allotted) issue, whose original denominator is 12 and which re-calculates to 13 shares. However, if the brothers are maternal half-brothers, they are completely excluded from inheritance.
