Who inherits my deceased uncle (my maternal half-brother): his nephews, his sister, or his paternal cousin, and how is the inheritance to be divided?

The heirs of the deceased man are his two wives, who receive one-quarter divided equally between them due to the absence of any lineal descendants. His sister receives half if she is a full sister or a paternal half-sister, or one-sixth if she is a maternal half-sister. The remainder, after the shares of the Ashab al-Furud (sharers), goes to the closest asabah (agnate heir), who is the paternal cousin. The maternal cousins receive nothing from the inheritance. This applies if the heirs are limited to those mentioned and the man died before them; otherwise, the distribution will change. It is necessary to refer inheritance matters to the Sharia courts to verify the existence of any other heirs, bequests, or debts.
