Is a person considered to have abandoned prayer or an infidel if they missed the Dhuhr and Asr prayers due to staying up late, then performed them before the Maghrib prayer?

Negligence in prayer and leaving it until its time expires is one of the greatest sins. A person must guard their prayers and avoid staying up late, which causes them to sleep through prayer. If one sleeps before the prayer time enters, they should take measures to wake up; if they take these measures and do not wake up, there is no sin upon them. However, whoever does not take the means, or wakes up and then goes back to sleep until the time expires, then sin is upon him. The majority of scholars do not consider one who misses a prayer or two to be a disbeliever. Some scholars hold that one only disbelieves by abandoning prayer perpetually.
