Is it permissible to break an oath I swore by Allah not to use a tool I need, and am I required to offer expiation, knowing that I said: "No expiation will be accepted from me"?

"Whoever takes an oath and then sees something better than it, let him expiate his oath and do what is better. There is no impediment to breaking one's oath by using the aforementioned machine, along with giving the expiation for the oath. Praying for the expiation not to be accepted is forbidden. One should resist anger and strive to adorn oneself with forbearance."
