Is it permissible for a husband to prevent his wife and daughter from dealing with his wife's brother due to a dispute between them, and what is the religious ruling on stipulating the writing of a check before marriage?

If the check is for the purpose of documenting a right for the wife against her husband, then there is no harm in it. However, if it is without right or a blank check, then her brother has no right to it. The husband is not permitted to prevent his wife and child from maintaining ties with her brother or from preventing him from visiting her. The disagreement between the husband and the wife's brother does not justify severing kinship ties, and severing kinship ties is one of the major sins. It is not permissible for the husband to shun his wife's brother for more than three nights without a legitimate religious reason. The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Do not hate one another, do not envy one another, do not turn away from one another, and be servants of Allah as brothers. It is not lawful for a Muslim to shun his brother for more than three [nights]."
