If you are certain of the presence of impure wetness coming from the anus on your clothes, then its spot on the garment and body must be washed, because everything that exits the two private parts is impure. However, if it is merely a matter of doubt or obsessive thoughts (waswasa), do not pay attention to it or inspect. The cure for waswasa is to ignore it and not pay attention to it, as mentioned by Ibn Baz.
