What is the easy and clear interpretation of verses 106-108 from Surat Al-Ma'idah?

The verses were revealed to teach and guide the believers towards what benefits their religious and worldly affairs after their society was established in Medina. They included rulings regarding testimony when making a will, if death approaches one of you. Two just Muslim witnesses must testify, and if they are not available, then two disbelievers. In case of doubt about the truthfulness of their testimony, they are to be detained after the Asr prayer to swear that they will not sell their oaths for a small price and will not conceal Allah's testimony, otherwise, they would be among the sinful. If it is proven that they have incurred sin, two others from the heirs will come forward and swear that their testimony is more rightful than the testimony of the first two witnesses and that they have not transgressed, thereby entitling them to what they claim. This is more likely to make them give testimony truthfully or to fear that oaths will be returned after their oaths. And upon the believers is to fear Allah, obey Him, and listen to what they are commanded.
