Is it permissible to circumvent the conditions for marrying a foreign woman (such as the age requirement) by submitting a forged medical report to obtain approval, due to intense longing and desire to marry?

If a young man loves a girl, marriage is the optimal solution for them. It is recommended to supplicate frequently for the facilitation of marriage and to exert every permissible effort to gain approval. If this is not facilitated, he should not resort to lying and forgery, as they are forbidden in Islamic law.

There are many other women, and Allah may replace her with someone better for you, as there might be good in not marrying her. Entrust your affair to Allah and ask Him for a righteous wife. Allah says: "And perhaps you dislike a thing and it is good for you; and perhaps you love a thing and it is bad for you. And Allah knows while you know not." (Al-Baqarah: 216).

To get rid of passionate love, there must be a sincere resolve.
