What is the ruling on full physical intimacy with an fiancé before marriage, and is this relationship considered a legitimate marriage in the sight of God if there is an intention to marry?

The questioner must repent to Allah Almighty from the abomination of adultery and cut off her relationship with this man. Allah has forbidden immoral acts and anything that leads to them, such as the private seclusion of two non-mahram individuals and looking at what is impermissible without need. A suitor is a non-mahram, and he is only permitted to see his fiancée for the purpose of discerning her beauty. It is advised to reject this suitor until he repents to Allah, fulfills his obligatory duties, and avoids what Allah has forbidden. Then, he may approach her guardian to عقد the proper marriage contract.
