Is it permissible for me to delete my work in exchange for not receiving the rest of my financial dues, while my employment with him continues?

If the worker has completed his work and the employer has accepted what he accomplished, then withheld the remaining wage, the worker is not permitted to destroy the work for which he received payment. As for the work for which he has not been paid, he has the right to erase it. Regarding the problem he fixed without an agreement on a wage, he is not entitled to demand payment for its repair.
