Is the dream I had after the Dawn prayer, from which I understood that I would marry a girl from a country other than my own, and my relationship with a girl from that country, where mutual feelings developed between us, then communication ceased between us out of fear of Allah, then resumed secretly without her family's knowledge – is that considered a sign of Allah's wrath, or is Allah with me in this matter, and what should be my stance on this issue?

You should not preoccupy yourself much with the dream, as the matter of marriage is decreed, and what is required of you, Islamically, is to perform good deeds and have good thoughts about Allah. It is not permissible to establish a romantic relationship with a non-mahram woman, and this is Islamically forbidden. Be firm in refraining from speaking with the girl, seek Allah's help, and make frequent supplications such as: "O Turner of hearts, keep my heart steadfast upon Your religion," and "O Allah, I hope for Your mercy, so do not abandon me to myself for the blink of an eye, and correct all my affairs for me. There is no deity except You." It is not advisable to wait for the girl if the marriage will be delayed significantly, as the relationship might develop into infatuation, and there are risks associated with differences in countries and customs.
