What are the rulings regarding the wife of a martyr if she remarries after him? Is it permissible for her to separate from her second husband who does not treat his wives justly? What is her relationship with her martyr husband in the afterlife? To what extent is it permissible to dispose of orphans' money for their needs? And is it permissible for her to go out if her second husband abandons her?

A woman who marries more than one man and all of them enter Paradise will be given the choice among them and will select the one with the best character.

Regarding the orphans' money, it is permissible to spend from it on them in a reasonable manner. If the guardian is in need, she may take from it in a reasonable way, without extravagance or miserliness.

Leaving the house without the husband's permission is not permissible except out of necessity, such as the husband's failure to provide necessities, or to seek sustenance due to his negligence in spending, or to go to the judge to claim a right, or to obtain alimony if the husband becomes insolvent, or to seek a fatwa (religious ruling) if the husband is not a jurist and does not seek one for her.

The husband should be just among his wives. It is advised to be patient and not hasten to seek divorce.

Thinking about the first husband, if it is by choice, then it is not appropriate because it might lead to a poor relationship with the current husband. However, if it is against one's will, there is no sin in it.
