What is the ruling on establishing two congregational prayers simultaneously at the workplace, on the pretext that one imam shortens the prayer while the other prolongs it, and what was the manner of the Prophet's prayer, peace and blessings be upon him?

Holding two congregational prayers in one mosque divides Muslims and causes confusion and bewilderment. This contradicts the aim of Islam to unite people and foster harmony. Everyone should be advised to follow one Imam, and the Imam should not prolong the prayer out of kindness to those with excuses.
