Is lying with "no" when asked "Are you a Muslim?" considered disbelief (kufr), with the intention of inviting to Islam?

This statement is dangerous, for it is not permissible for a Muslim to willingly confess disbelief about themselves, because whoever does so commits an act of disbelief, unless there is a legitimate excuse such as coercion. Ibn Rushd mentioned that a person's confession of disbelief about themselves is one of two agreed-upon aspects for ruling someone a disbeliever. Good intentions are not a legitimate excuse, so one must repent to Allah and not return to such a statement.
