What is the ruling on wearing "Tiehni" and "Baba Esmahli" trousers (low-rise trousers)?

The conditions for men's clothing are that it must cover the awrah (nakedness) (what is between the navel and the knee), that the covering does not reveal the color of the skin, and that it is loose, not tight. The basic ruling regarding clothing is permissibility, except for what is indicated by evidence as forbidden, such as silk for men, or what describes the awrah, whether it is transparent or tight. It is forbidden to imitate disbelievers in their customs and appearances, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Whoever imitates a people is one of them." Jeans such as "Tayihni" and "Baba Ismahli" are forbidden because they are tight, revealing the size of the awrah, and because they involve imitating disbelievers and transgressors, and due to their objectionable appearance that incites fitnah (temptation/strife) and depravity.
