What is the interpretation of: "And whoever cheats will bring forth what he cheated with on the Day of Resurrection"?

The noble verse, "And whoeverGhulul (withholds wrongfully) will come with what he withheld on the Day of Resurrection," means that the betrayer in war spoils or other contexts, or one who embezzles from public funds, will come on the Day of Resurrection carrying what he betrayed on his back, such as a horse, a sheep, or a camel that he embezzled. This will be a torment and a burden for him, and a disgrace before all creation. It has been said that this will be manifested for him in the Fire, and he will be burdened with carrying it, or that he will bear the sin of what he withheld wrongfully.
