Does divorce occur if a husband playfully tells his wife: "Imagine if someone told you: 'Go, you are divorced'"?

Divorce does not take effect unless the husband intends to pronounce it with an explicit or implicit utterance, as Al-Hattab Al-Maliki said: "The conditions for divorce are a competent party, a proper subject, and intention accompanied by an utterance, or what stands in its place." Accordingly, divorce does not take effect if the husband does not intend to pronounce it, but merely intends to imagine it.
