What is the ruling on a woman going to the mosque to pray Tarawih?

It is permissible for a woman to go out to the mosque for obligatory or supererogatory prayers, provided her husband gives permission, she wears the legal , avoids perfumes, and refrains from mixing with men. However, a woman's prayer in her home is better for her.
