Is it permissible to record religious lessons and other chapters on a disc that previously had a Quranic chapter recorded on it, knowing that it can be used multiple times?

There is no objection to copying beneficial materials onto a disc that contains a Surah (definition) from the Qur’an. In fact, it is a commendable act due to its public benefit. The presence of a Surah from the Qur’an does not prevent the disc from being used to record other beneficial materials, whether they are Qur’an or otherwise.
