Gold given by the husband to his wife:
- If it is part of the dowry or a gift, he has no right to it and cannot demand its return.
- If it is given as a loan, it belongs to the husband, and he has the right to request its return.
- If it is not specified whether it is a dowry, a gift, or a loan, the prevailing custom in the country shall be the reference for determining its nature.
As for the gold given by a father to his daughter, the husband has no right to demand any part of it.
