Is there any narration or hadith indicating that the Scale by which deeds will be weighed on the Day of Judgment has a tongue and two pans like the plates of the heavens?

It is affirmed in the Sunnah that the Mizan (Scale) will have two pans. There are also narrations and statements from scholars confirming that the Mizan will have a tongue and two pans, and that it is real, by which deeds will be weighed. Some scholars have even reported the consensus of the Ahl al-Sunnah (Sunnis) on this matter. As for the description of the vastness of the pans, that they will encompass the heavens and the earth, this has been narrated in a tradition from Salman (may Allah be pleased with him), and some scholars have explicitly stated it.
