Is it permissible to write a will dedicating the apartment, car, and end-of-service bonus to the wife and two daughters only, to help them with living expenses?

A person is not permitted to bequeath any of his wealth to his wife and daughters after his death, because it is a bequest to an heir, which is forbidden and prohibited by Islamic law. This bequest is not executable except with the consent of the remaining heirs, due to the Hadith: "Indeed, Allah the Almighty has given every rightful person his due, so there is no bequest for an heir." Likewise, a bequest to an heir is not permissible unless the heirs permit it.
