Since the marriage contract has been concluded, she is not permitted to seek a divorce without a valid need, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Any woman who asks her husband for a divorce without any compelling reason, the scent of Paradise will be forbidden to her." Perfection is rare, and every human being has shortcomings. A committed woman can influence her husband to compensate for any religious deficiencies. What the questioner mentioned about her husband regarding stinginess and tall stature might just be a mere assumption or a whisper from Satan. She is advised to seek refuge with Allah from Satan and to make abundant supplications.
