Is there day and night in Paradise?

There is no night or day in Paradise; rather, it is perpetual light. The inhabitants will know the measure of night and day by the change in lights and illuminations, or by the lowering and raising of curtains. Allah Almighty says: (They will not see therein sun nor bitter cold), and the people of Paradise will not experience fatigue or weariness, so they will not need night for rest.
