Does using miswak toothpaste fulfill the Sunnah as effectively as the miswak itself?

Whoever uses a toothbrush and toothpaste has fulfilled the Sunnah. Using a toothbrush and toothpaste is sufficient for cleaning and purifying, similar to the siwak. If a person does so with the intention of purifying the mouth, the Sunnah is achieved, because what matters is the action and its result, not the tool.
