Is it permissible to take a trace of the envious person by means of the vibrations of his voice over the phone onto a cup of water, and then wash with it with the intention of healing from envy and the evil eye?

It is prescribed for one afflicted by the evil eye to take something from the effects of the envier, such as the water from his ablution or ghusl (definition), or a piece of his clothing that touches his body, or something touched by his saliva, like leftover food. Then, this effect is placed in water and poured over the afflicted person or given to him to drink. The Prophet's Sunnah (definition) has indicated this, and it has been proven effective in healing, by Allah's permission. As for taking the envier's effect from the vibrations of his voice via telephone, there is no benefit in that.
