The time of the last third of the night has been previously explained in Fatwa (definition) no. 32627, and the recommendation to visit graves for admonition and remembrance of the Hereafter in Fatwa no. 30699, as well as the etiquette of visiting and what should be done for the deceased in Fatwa no. 33479. It is also recommended for a man to look at the woman he intends to marry, to achieve conviction and affection, as detailed in Fatwa no. 31408. As for the prevalence of wars and the absence of women's modesty today, these are minor signs of the Hour, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, informed about the appearance of fornication (zina) and the abundance of 'harj' (killing).
