Will the gatekeeper who opens the farm gate for girls who come to meet the unmarried farm owner be sinful, and must he leave his job?

If the doorman is strongly of the opinion that the girls are coming to commit forbidden acts, then it is not permissible for him to open the door for them, as this would be assisting in sin, in accordance with the Almighty’s saying: "And cooperate in righteousness and piety, but do not cooperate in sin and aggression." If he cannot refrain from doing so except by leaving his job, then he must leave it, and he should advise the farm owner and remind him of Allah's watchful eye and His punishment.
