The optimal way to overcome viewing malicious websites is to strengthen faith in Allah by reciting and reflecting upon the Qur'an, frequently remembering Allah (Dhikr), accompanying righteous people, and attending gatherings of knowledge. One should supplicate frequently, asking Allah to grant success in good deeds and keep one away from disobedience, and seek Allah's help with sincere intention and strong resolve. Satan is the enemy who tempts humans to view such websites. He has vowed to mislead humanity, and he incites towards what harms in this world and the Hereafter. It is advisable to change the type of work if it brings one close to these websites, even if it means moving away from the computer field, for "the shepherd who grazes around a sanctuary is likely to fall into it."
