What is the ruling on someone who, in a moment of anger, swore not to take something, then regretted their oath after calming down, knowing that this is not the first time? Is it permissible for them to take that thing to avoid the obligation of fasting for the expiation of the oath?

According to Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him), the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever takes an oath and then sees something better than it, let him do what is better and abandon his oath." In another narration: "and let him expiate for his oath." If you see good in not abandoning this thing, then you may take it, and you owe an expiation for breaking an oath. You have the choice to expiate before or after taking it.
