Is it permissible to attribute the saying that Allah's answers to a servant's supplication are: "Present, present but not now; I have something better and finer but be patient," and that He does not have a "no"?

A Muslim must exercise complete decorum when speaking about Allah Almighty, and not utter anything inappropriate. To encourage people to supplicate and to explain its virtues, one must rely on authentic texts from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, such as his saying: "There is no Muslim who supplicates with a supplication that contains no sin or breaking of kinship ties, but Allah will grant him one of three things: either his supplication will be answered promptly, or it will be stored up for him in the Hereafter, or an equivalent amount of evil will be averted from him." And his saying: "The supplication of anyone of you will be answered as long as he does not hasten, saying: 'I supplicated, but I was not answered.'"
