What is the ruling on publishing Quranic recitations recorded from occasions such as mourning gatherings ('Aza') or Aqiqah celebrations, where the reciter's voice is audible along with the loud praise from attendees, keeping in mind that I intend to collect many of these to create a dedicated website for them?
Raising one's voice during Quran recitation with phrases like "Allah Allah" goes against the practice of the righteous predecessors (Salaf) and contradicts Allah's command to listen attentively to the Quran. It also goes against the humility and softening of hearts that Allah praises. Furthermore, intoning the Quran with the tunes of wicked people and applying musical rules to it is something the Quran is far above. Therefore, when creating a website for Quranic recitations, one must avoid recitations that include these prohibitions. It is permissible to publish what can be rectified from them by removing extraneous sounds using modern technologies.
