What is the ruling on someone who bowed in the second raka'ah with the intention of it being the third, due to forgetfulness?

If a worshipper is in the second rak'ah and bows, mistakenly intending it as the third, then realizes their error, corrects it, and completes their prayer, their prayer is valid, and nothing further is required of them. In "Al-Iqna' fi Masa'il al-Ijma'" by Ibn al-Qattan al-Fasi, it is stated that scholars are in agreement that if someone intends the first prostration as the second, or the second as the first, or the first rak'ah as the second, or the second as the first, due to forgetfulness, their prayer is not invalidated and remains sufficient.
