Am I obliged to carry out my father's will that my uncle not be allowed to attend his عزاء (condolences/wake) and burial, and is there sin upon my father for this?

Such a will is not Islamically valid and is impermissible to execute, for it incites animosity and severs kinship ties. If executed, both the testator and the executor will bear its sin.
