What is the ruling on working in a restaurant that serves pork and participating in its preparation, and is this permissible during the daylight hours of Ramadan?

It is not permissible to serve food during the daytime in Ramadan to one who breaks their fast without a valid excuse, even if they are not Muslim. We have previously clarified the ruling on working in restaurants that sell pork and participating in its cooking in previous fatwas.
