Is it permissible to continue entering the club after the automatic subscription has expired, and am I sinful for entering during the past two months due to my unawareness of the subscription's expiration?

The duration of the lease is the subject of the lessee's usufruct. When it ends, the lease contract terminates, and the usufruct leaves the possession of the lessee and returns to the lessor. Therefore, it is not permissible for the questioner to continue entering the club after the expiration of his subscription period, even if the club did not deactivate his fingerprint. As for the last period, during which the questioner was unaware of the expiration of his subscription, there is no blame upon him for it, as it was a mistake, and Allah has forgiven errors and forgetfulness. He should contact the club management and ask for forgiveness or reconcile with them regarding the rent for the two months.
