What is the ruling on joining a mixed-gender club after paying the subscription fees, and is it permissible to withdraw the subscription, or must one wait until its term ends?

It is permissible to subscribe to a club to benefit from sports if it is possible to avoid looking at unlawful 'awrah (private parts), such as having specific times or designated places free from women. However, if this is not possible, then it is not permissible to practice sports there. There is no religious objection to canceling the subscription, as it falls under the permissible categories of iqalah (cancellation by mutual consent) or faskh (unilateral rescission) with their respective conditions.
