Is it permissible to take one's right by force from an employer who oppresses workers and does not pay them their full wages, knowing that the law does not provide them justice and that there is an urgent need for money?

The worker is only entitled to the agreed-upon wage, whether small or large. The fact that the other party is rich or oppressive does not justify stealing their money or taking anything from them without their consent. Similarly, the transgression of others upon the property of others does not justify a Muslim being like them. Rather, a Muslim is obligated to adhere to Islamic injunctions, as the Messenger of Allah, may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Do not be 'Imma'ah (followers) who say: 'If people are good, we will be good, and if they are unjust, we will be unjust.' Rather, accustom yourselves that if people are good, you should be good, and if they are bad, you should not be unjust."
