Is it permissible for one person to call the Adhan for prayer and another person to call the Iqamah for prayer?

Scholars have differed regarding the to the priority of the muezzin (caller to prayer) in calling the iqamah (second call to prayer). Some are of the view that he has priority based on a weak hadith, while others believe there is no difference between the muezzin and others. A hadith has been narrated that supports the muezzin's priority in calling the iqamah. Ibn Qudamah preferred that it is recommended for the muezzin to call the iqamah, and it is permissible for someone else to call it.
