Does a woman's licking of a man's penis constitute Zina (fornication/adultery) that necessitates the same prescribed punishment?

The aforementioned act is not among the acts of zina (illicit sexual intercourse) that necessitate a hadd (prescribed) punishment. However, if it occurs between a woman and a man who is not her husband, it is forbidden and a path to zina, which incurs Allah's wrath and transgresses His boundaries. Such matters have been referred to as zina in the Sharia. On the authority of Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him), he said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The son of Adam has been allotted his share of zina, which he will inevitably get. The zina of the eyes is gazing, the zina of the ears is listening, the zina of the tongue is speaking, the zina of the hand is touching, the zina of the foot is stepping, and the heart desires and wishes, and the private part confirms or denies that." (Agreed upon). However, if this act occurs between a woman and her husband, it is not forbidden, but it is inconsistent with refined manners.
