What is the ruling on money earned from selling books designed with pirated software?

The prohibition of using unlicensed software does not necessitate the prohibition of money earned from books designed with it. What is earned from selling books is lawful as long as the books themselves are permissible. However, the user is blameworthy for infringing upon the rights of the software owners.
